BIKE NORFOLK
The airport is a good place to go for intervals. The perimeter road (Robin Hood and Miller Store) makes a nice flat low-traffic out and back.

RUN NORFOLK
Decent running locations include Ghent and West Ghent. All hard surface
neighborhood streets. The only track I know of that is typically open
to everyone is at Booker T. Washington High School between VA Beach Blvd
and Princess Anne (1111 Park Ave). I've dona e lot of track workouts
there and never had a problem...no lights though.
Running Etc. 1707 Colley Ave
- Monday, 5:30 pm Beginners Group. Abilities vary from run/walk 1 minute
intervals for 1 mile, to steady 3 to 4 mile runs.
- Tuesday, 5:30 pm Interval Training
- Monday, 5:30 pm Beginners Group. Abilities vary from run/walk 1 minute
intervals for 1 mile, to steady 3 to 4 mile runs.
- Thursday, 5:30 pm Tempo pace runs as well as 4 to 6 miles at paces
ranging from 8 to 10 minute miles.
